The purchased products will be delivered exclusively to the address the Customer gives at the time of registration or to the address specified for delivery, as entered in the order form. 

On shipment, the order tracking details will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer in the order form. The courier, procedures and delivery times are shown online. 

The courier gives the delivery times; therefore, no delays can be attributed to the Tenuta La Novella S.r.l. Company. 

If there is nobody to receive the package the first time, the courier will make a second delivery attempt. 

If the recipient cannot be contacted or is absent the second time, the goods will be taken to the warehouse and the Customer will be charged additional costs for the duration of storage or redelivery. 

Deliveries will be made at ground floor level. When the courier delivers the goods, the Customer must check that the number of packages delivered matches that shown in the transport document and that packaging is intact (not damaged, wet or tampered with). In the event of missing or damaged packages, this must be disputed immediately with the courier by writing “ACCEPTANCE UNDER RESERVATION” on the delivery receipt, specifying the reason for reservation: package tampered with, missing package, etc. 

Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer may no longer dispute the delivered goods’ exterior characteristics. It is therefore essential to check the goods carefully before signing the delivery receipt. 

All problems pertaining to the received products’ physical integrity, conformity or completeness must be communicated within eight days of delivery, according to the methods foreseen by this document in art. 8 – Regarding complaints, notice is hereby given that if this term is not observed, the Tenuta La Novella S.r.l. Company is released from all liability.
