The Customer has the right of withdrawal from the purchase, without any fines and without giving any reasons for doing so within ten working days from receipt of the purchased goods. Right of withdrawal consists of the ability to return received products and to obtain a refund of the price paid. It is exercised by sending notification in writing by recorded delivery within the foreseen term of ten days. Such communication can be sent, within the same term, by telegram, telex or e-mail, on the condition that it is confirmed by a letter sent by recorded delivery within 48 hours thereafter. 

Within 15 working days from receipt of the purchased products, the Customer using the right of withdrawal will send back the products subject to return perfectly intact and in their original packaging.

The delivery costs for returning the purchased products are charged to the Customer. 

The Tenuta La Novella S.r.l. Company will refuse all returned products that are not packaged or incomplete as with products for which return costs have not already been fully paid by the Customer. 

Within 30 days from receipt of the recorded delivery in which the Customer notifies their wish to avail of the right of withdrawal, the Tenuta La Novella S.r.l. Company will proceed with refunding the money. It is specified that the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively to Customer Customers, that is, only to the physical persons purchasing the products for their own use and acting for 7 purposes not referring to professional activity, with the exclusion therefore of merchants, retailers, wholesalers, professionals etc.
