With its 150 ha of woods, Tenuta La Novella is the perfect setting for your wanderings in nature. The trails on the estate are mapped by CAI - Italian Alpine Club

Horse RIDING AND BIKES

We can arrange for you riding lessons, biking rentals and tours. Everything at a few km from Tenuta La Novella. Just ask!

Booking Conditions

Check-In

From 2024, check in is self-guided and you will find the keys in the locker next to your door. We will send you the video instructions shortly before your arrival. Please make sure to correctly receive it, as it contains important information on how to get inside the estate when the gate is closed. Your holiday home will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. 

Check-Out

The homes must be emptied by 10 am in order to allow us to prepare everything for the next guests. You are kindly asked to take your waste with you and sort it out in the according bins next to the main gate. 
PLEASE REMEMBER TO SWITCH OFF THE LIGHTS AND AIR CONDITIONING WHEN YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES, AND PLACE THE KEYS BACK IN THE LOCKER

Parking

The parking is on site.

Smoking

You are kindly asked to smoke outside of the apartments.

Pets

You are very welcome to bring your pet with you, provided they are well behaved and able to withstand closed spaces.
Every damage to the property will be refunded by the owners.

Lost and Found

Tenuta La Novella declines any responsibility on stolen or lost objects.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

The apartments are equipped with heating systems and air conditioning.
Help us taking care of nature by not overusing them, and remember to turn everything off when you leave.
During the cold months, we will charge extra € 6/ MC upon consumption. The reading of the gas meter will be done on your arrival.

Property Damage

Every damage to the property will be refunded by the guests. 
If you notice anything damaged on your arrival, please inform us as immediately

Waste disposal

Inside the apartment you will find different bins for the sorting of your waste. Next to the main gate you will find the common bins for the recycling, except for Glass, whose container can be found outside of the entrance, on the main road towards San Polo to your right.
The recycling system in Greve in Chianti is as follows: 
Paper+Carton, Plastic+Metal packagings, Organic Waste, Non Recyclable.
