This Vin Santo is the reflection of more than a 300 years old Tuscan’s tradition. It acquires an ambered color and developp honey and dry fruits notes. It allows itself to be drink without accompaniment, as a pre-dinner drink or associated to «crostini ai fegatini» (toasted breads with a liver sauce, Tuscan speciality) or with desserts.
Cigars conoisseurs will know how to find the perfect harmony. Rare commodity, this wine is difficult to produce given its late period of maturation.
The elegant bottle of the Vin Santo Tenuta La Novella is place in a lacquered wood case. Each bottle has its own number and the owl operations of bottling and packaging are hand made.
