Our extra virgin olive oils “Tenuta la Novella” and “Tenuta la Novella Alta Quota” are both pressed in our mill at Tenuta la Novella and are made from olives grown according to the rules of organic agriculture.

This olive oil is made from four varieties of olive from Tenuta la Novella and from neighbouring estates.

Tenuta la Novella Alta Quota

Our olive oil “Tenuta la Novella Alta Quota” is made from two varieties from the best trees at Tenuta la Novella : for this olive oil, the olives are picked at optimum maturity and pressed within six hours of the harvest.
